Cupid’s Wings
Searching for a special cocktail to share with your sweetie this Valentine’s Day? Our friends at Ironworks Distillery have you covered! Featuring their Vodka and Rhubarb Esprit and topped off with your favourite Nova Scotia sparkling wine, Cupid’s Wings is the perfect drink to share with that special someone.
Ingredients
Serves 1
| 3/4 oz | Ironworks Vodka |
| 3/4 oz | Ironworks Rhubarb Esprit |
| 3/4 oz | Lime Juice |
| 3/4 oz | Simple Syrup |
| 2 Dashes of Orange or Rhubarb Bitters | |
| Your favourite Nova Scotia Sparkling Wine, to top |
Directions
- Add first five ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into an ice filled wine glass.
- Top with your favorite Nova Scotia Sparkling wine and enjoy!
