Nova Scotia Saltscapes Expo – Canada Day

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Canada Day at Ontario Place yesterday. We hope you enjoyed our amazing seafood (lobster, scallops, shrimp and haddock), live music and our first ever Toronto- Cutting Edge Culinary Competition. Round 1 was Nova Scotia Chef Renee Lavallee vs Ontario Chef John Cunningham.
