EVENT: Savour Food & Wine Festival 2020
Celebrating its 17th year, Savour Food & Wine Festival brings together Nova Scotia’s talented mixologists, incredible brewers, award-winning winemakers, and phenomenal chefs over a series of several events in February. Enjoy cutting edge cocktails at IMBIBE, discover the latest local craft brews at the Craft Beer Cottage Party, explore a variety of wines at the Rare & Fine Wines Event, and try culinary creations of well-known, local and up-and-coming chefs complemented by wine, beer, cider, and spirits, at the Savour Food and Wine Show.
Dine Around (February 2020)
Every year, restaurants across the province showcase an array of Nova Scotia products and creativity during Dine Around at an attractive price. This February, various menus will be available priced at $10, $20, $30,$40 or $50. Menus will be a mix of three course prix-fixe menus, as well as small plates. NEW THIS YEAR: Lunch menus are an option! Please book directly with participating restaurants.

Take in the evening and let your taste buds run wild as you explore samples of delectable foods, legendary cocktails and fine wine presented by some of Nova Scotia’s finest. Rare and Fine Wine Event (February 28, 2020)
An evening for the true wine lover! Quench your wine palate at the Rare and Fine Wines event with world class wines from near and far. Relax to live jazz as you sample from the selection of more than 40 wines, rated 90 points and above by the world’s major wine publications, that have never been available before in Nova Scotia! Throughout the night Bishop’s Cellar staff will be on hand to help you purchase any wines with which you fell in love. Must be 19+ to attend event.
