Italian Summer Evening with Chef Terry Vassallo

On June 24, take a cooking class at Cilantro Cooks! with Trattoria della Nonna‘s Chef Terry Vassallo. Chef has planned a wonderfully light summer menu to prepare you for the warmth to come, hopefully soon!

You will start with pasta – handmade seafood ravioli with garden fresh pomodoro, peppery arugula and basil pesto. Next up is the “Pesce” Prosciutto wrapped local Monkfish roasted on grape vine trimmings with Riviera herb risotto cake and lobster sabayon. And dinner won’t be complete without that touch of something sweet so….. for dessert,  caramelized banana flambéed with Lunenburg Rum, Italian meringue, and double vanilla bean gelato. All we can say is – Buon Appetito!

The price of this class is $69.00 + HST, and is non-refundable if cancelled on the day of the class. Cilantro Cooks! requires a minimum of 8 persons to operate…less than 8 persons will result in the class being cancelled.
