Join Saltscapes food editor, the Kilted Chef Alain Bossé, as he hosts exciting demonstrations with local chefs and producers, and Taste of Nova Scotia members. They will be shucking seafood, pickling herring, preserving farm fresh vegetables, sharing tips on how to reduce food waste and inspiring cooks of all ages to use local ingredients. Get ready to sample some amazing dishes and take part in this one of kind experience.
Special guests Matt Minglewood and Jeff Stapleton will also be joining in on the festivities Saturday night for a live concert.
