Guided by sustainable farming principles, Beausoleil’s wines and ciders reflect the harmony of nature and nurture. Their vinous ciders—blending traditional Annapolis Valley apple varieties with cool-climate wines—create unique flavour profiles with lower alcohol content, making them an excellent option for those seeking a lighter wine-style experience. Each bottle captures the refreshing, aromatic, and complex character of the region’s terroir.

You can sample and purchase Beausoleil’s products directly at their farm winery or through their online store. Their wines and ciders are also available at Liquid Assets at the Halifax International Airport, select NSLC locations, and at various licensees across the province. Among their bestsellers are Hopped Chard, a dry-hopped Chardonnay and cider blend; Frontenac & Blue, a Frontenac gris wine infused with local wild blueberries and blended with cider; and the Petite Pearl Bubbly Red wine. One personal favourite is the Valley Sunshine, a seasonal, small-batch blend infused with dandelions, offering a bright and floral twist.

Opening in December 2020 during the pandemic was a challenging start, but with the support of local customers, Beausoleil has flourished.
