The view from our dining room is a fusion of Middle Head Peninsula, Atlantic Ocean and Cape Breton Highlands. Our menu is a fusion of east and west. Executive Chef Kim Isabella Magistro with Chef Kirk Rasmussen continue to develop our fusion menu using locally sourced produce, lobster, mussels, seafood and free range poultry, beef, and lamb to create a fusion of recipes alongside our Cape Breton specialties.
