Founded by husband-and-wife duo Julien and Nathalie Rousseau, our downtown Halifax atelier blends French chocolate-making traditions with a deep respect for local ingredients and the communities that grow them. Each piece is thoughtfully made to reflect the seasons, spark connection, and bring a little wonder to everyday moments.
Rousseau Chocolates can be found at their boutique & café near the harbour on South Street in downtown Halifax. Rousseau also creates bespoke privé collections for luxury hotels and partners across North America.
