What began as a simple kitchen experiment has flourished into a thriving, family-run business on Nova Scotia’s South Shore. Established by Rebecca Wilson in 2018, South Shore Sea Salt is now led by mother-son duo Marsha and Andrew Wilson, who craft premium, hand-harvested sea salt using traditional techniques and locally sourced seawater.
From selling out at farmers’ markets to expanding into year-round production, the business has stayed true to its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
