Galloping Cows Hot Jalapeño Pepper Jelly Glazed Chicken Wings with Lime and Cilantro

Sticky, spicy, and sweet, these wings with Galloping Cows Fine Foods Jalapeño Pepper Jelly are a force to be reckoned with. This is an addictive starter that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser at your Super Bowl party, so be prepared to make a second, third or fourth batch right away. Packed with a flavor explosion, these wings have all the savory goodness you can handle!


Serves 2

2 pounds Chicken Wings
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 cup Galloping Cows Hot Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
1/4 cup Chopping Cilantro
6 Lime Wedges


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425F.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel. In a medium bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and roast until golden and tender, about 35 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. Remove wings from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Transfer wings to a clean medium size bowl and toss with Galloping Cows Jalapeño Pepper Jelly and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
