Harbour Sunset with Ironworks Gins & Rum Boat Rum

A photo of the Harbour Sunset cocktail. There are three bottles of Ironworks products and two glasses of the cocktail.

Gin, rum, and blackberries – name a better flavour combination, we’ll wait! This Ironworks Distillery original balances warm caramel notes from the rum with brightness from the blackberries and Gin Noir. Fresh and zippy, this recipe is made for enjoying on a patio or sat in the summer evening sun. This cocktail tastes the way watching a sunset on the Lunenburg waterfront feels!
