Love You To The Moon Cocktail

Show the one you love that you love them to the moon and back with this delicious cocktail.

Ingredients

1.5 oz  Compass Distillers Moonshine
1.5 oz  Unsweetened Nova Scotia cherry juice
1 oz  Pasteurized egg white
0.5 oz  lime juice
1 oz  Simple syrup*
 Garnish Lime wheel

Directions

Makes: 1 serving

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
  3. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  4. Strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with lime wheel.

*Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
