Pear Collins with Ironworks Pear Eau de Vie
This cocktail is pear-y sweet and delicious! Mixing Ironworks Distillery‘s Pear Eau de Vie and local sparkling wine makes for an elegant bubbly drink that’s easy to sip on.
Ingredients
Serves: 1
1/2 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
3/4 oz | Honey syrup* |
1 1/2 oz | Ironworks Pear Eau de Vie |
2 oz | Local traditional method sparkling wine |
Garnish | Local pear, sliced |
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker tin with ice, lemon juice, honey syrup and Pear Eau de Vie and shake very well.
- Strain into chosen glass and top with 2 oz of local traditional method sparkling wine.
- Garnish with slices of fresh pear.
*Honey Syrup
- Combine equal parts honey and warm water.
