Still Jammin’ with Still Fired Distilleries Moonshine

Jam out this summer with this cocktail from Still Fired Distilleries. Notes of sweetness come from the local jam and molasses moonshine, while the ginger beer and bitters will add spicy notes. To top it off, the lime juice will give it the perfect amount of zest. A perfect balance between sweet and spicy.


Serves: 1

2 oz Rapture of the Deep Molasses Moonshine 
1 oz Lime juice
2 – 3 tbsp Local jam
2 – 3 dashes  Bitters 
To top Ginger beer


  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with similar fresh fruit as used in jam.
