The Midsummer’s Night
Fresh and delicious! Featuring Compass Summer GiNS and Tangled Garden Cordial this drink will wow your tastebuds on those hot summer nights.
Ingredients
2 oz. | Compass Summer GiNS |
Heaping bar spoon | Tangled Garden Summer Currant Jelly |
0.5 oz. | Tangled Garden Cranberry Rosemary Cordial |
0.75 oz. | Fresh lemon juice |
0.5 oz. | Pasteurized egg white |
3 dashes | Compass grapefruit & hops bitters |
Garnish | Mint, rosemary & raspberry |
Directions
Makes: 1 serving
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into chilled snifter glass and garnish with mint, rosemary and raspberry.
