The Midsummer’s Night
Fresh and delicious! Featuring Compass Summer GiNS and Tangled Garden Cordial this drink will wow your tastebuds on those hot summer nights.
|2 oz.||Compass Summer GiNS|
|Heaping bar spoon||Tangled Garden Summer Currant Jelly|
|0.5 oz.||Tangled Garden Cranberry Rosemary Cordial|
|0.75 oz.||Fresh lemon juice|
|0.5 oz.||Pasteurized egg white|
|3 dashes||Compass grapefruit & hops bitters|
|Garnish||Mint, rosemary & raspberry|
Makes: 1 serving
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into chilled snifter glass and garnish with mint, rosemary and raspberry.
