The Trapped Lobster
Fresh and perfect for springtime! Make this quick and easy cocktail using local products from Ironworks Distillery and Propeller Brewing Co.
Ingredients
1 oz. | Ironworks Vodka |
1 oz. | Ironworks Rhubarb Liqueur |
1 oz. | simple syrup* |
1/2 | fresh lime |
Propeller Ginger Beer | |
Garnish | fresh mint leaves |
Directions
Makes: 1 serving
- Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
- Add vodka, rhubarb liqueur, simple syrup, and squeeze fresh lime on top.
- Top with ginger beer and add more crushed ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
*Simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
