The Trapped Lobster

Fresh and perfect for springtime! Make this quick and easy cocktail using local products from Ironworks Distillery and Propeller Brewing Co


1 oz. Ironworks Vodka
1 oz. Ironworks Rhubarb Liqueur
1 oz. simple syrup*
1/2 fresh lime
Propeller Ginger Beer
Garnish fresh mint leaves


Makes: 1 serving

  1. Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
  2. Add vodka, rhubarb liqueur, simple syrup, and squeeze fresh lime on top.
  3. Top with ginger beer and add more crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

*Simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)

Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
