The Trapped Lobster
|1 oz.||Ironworks Vodka|
|1 oz.||Ironworks Rhubarb Liqueur|
|1 oz.||simple syrup*|
|Propeller Ginger Beer|
|Garnish||fresh mint leaves|
Makes: 1 serving
- Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
- Add vodka, rhubarb liqueur, simple syrup, and squeeze fresh lime on top.
- Top with ginger beer and add more crushed ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
*Simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Pour equal parts hot water over sugar and stir until dissolved. Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to four weeks.
