April 26: Korean Favorites Package
This new Flying Apron Cookery class features three popular Korean dishes that will bring heat and flavor to your home cooking. Share a full meal with your classmates during the demo and take home the recipes for the dishes made. After your class, retire to your beautiful inn room for the night. A hot, fresh breakfast is included!

Welcome to Good Robot Brewing Company’s inaugural year of Brewster Festival! This Beer Festival features 12+ Atlantic breweries who are either woman-owned, or who have collaborated with women identified staff members to create some cool new styles of beer. April 28: Black Box Challenge Public Judging Session
Boxing Rock Brewing Company is proud to be presenting their fourth annual Black Box Challenge Finale! Six finalists have brewed any style of beer they could think of, but only using the select ingredients provided. Their beers have been judged by an expert tasting panel and only the best will make full presentations at the final public judging sessions, at Hopyard.

Chef Michael Smith Weekend (May 3 -5): Chef Michael Smith is recognized worldwide for doing things authentically, showcasing local, seasonal bounty, and being mindful of both the planet and what we put on our plates. This foodies’ dream weekend at Fox Harb’r will highlight artisanal, early season and foraged ingredients while enriching the sense of connection to what we eat.
Full House – Craft Beer Fest (May 4): This event will have two sessions, each showcasing beers from around the province. You won’t find more Nova Scotia craft breweries under one roof anywhere else! This year’s theme is “What’s New” with many of the breweries featuring new products.
Italian Chef Night (May 10): Treat someone special to an evening out at Sugar Moon Farm. Join Chef Craig Flinn of Chives Canadian Bistro & 2DoorsDown for a maple-inspired dinner with Nova Scotia wines and live music… all in a sugar camp setting.
12 Tides Annual Release and Tasting Event (May 10): Discover Nova Scotia’s premium white wine at the Tidal Bay Annual Release and Tasting Event, hosted at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel.
Mother’s Day Floral Design Workshop & Dinner (May 12): Enjoy an unforgettable experience this Mother’s Day with Avondale Sky Winery and Two Birds One Stone Farm. Create your own spring floral arrangement, explore the winery while sipping your way through a tasting of their award-winning wines, and enjoy a multi-course meal prepared by Chef Justin Floyd. Ticket price includes workshop, wine tasting and dinner.
5 Years of Meander River Beers (May 18): Hard to believe that 5 years ago, almost to the day, Meander River Farm brewed their first batch in the brewery! Join them for brews and ciders, Nomad Gourmet food truck, fireworks, and bluegrass concert by Big Country Ramblers.
Barometer Rising (May 19): This dinner spotlights Colin McIver of Dilly Dally Eats. He has been working in kitchens for years and since graduating has spent multiple years at Michelin Star restaurants. Colin is leaving Nova Scotia to work in Melbourne this fall, so The Watch That Ends The Night is very eager to showcase his skill and understanding of local ingredients this May.
