Food from the land, a celebration of history in Liverpool and craft beer a plenty – summer has arrived! Here’s what’s cooking this week in Nova Scotia:
June 22- Foraging Dinner
You don’t get much more local than the Foraging Dinner at Wild Caraway Restaurant & Café. The menu is a secret for now, but as a teaser, take a look at the 2014 menu. Still spots available for the 5:00 p.m. seating. Cost: $60 for 7 courses Reservations: 902-392-2889.
June 24- North End Craft Beer and Food Tour
Friday date night will be one to remember thanks to Local Tasting Tours. Visit local craft breweries and restaurants – be sure to bring your Good Cheer Trail passport with you, North End Brewing Co. and Propeller Brewing Company have their stamps waiting! June 24 – 26- Liverpool Privateer Days
A step back in time to 1780 is sure to open eyes, fill bellies and create many memories this weekend in Liverpool. Activities for all ages, and some fun for after hours as well. Be sure to stop by the events happening at Lane’s Privateer Inn, and stay for lunch or dinner (or overnight!). June 25 – Haskap Open Day
Tour the fields and learn all that the haskap berry has to offer! Who doesn’t enjoy ice cream, but it’s even better made with delicious haskap berries. June 25- Anniversary Dinner

July 2- Legacy Workshop

July 6- Chef’s Table

July 10 – Yoga & Wine
