Waterfront Warehouse
Warehouse Sunsets launches Thursday, July 22nd starting at 6 p.m. Relax on Waterfront Warehouse’s seaside patio, enjoy a selection of locally sourced cuisine and beverages, and listen to music from a local DJ. Grab your friends, and cheers to summer patio nights!
WINEGRUNT
Join WINEGRUNT for a weekend of live music! On Friday, July 23rd from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m., catch Zakary Miller performing his fun, folky and old-time tunes. Then on Saturday, July 24th from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m., Kyle Folk will bring jazzy vibes with his solo guitar performance. There will be no cover cost either night, but reservations are recommended. While you’re enjoying the live music, enjoy a selection of locally sourced cuisine and extensive assortment of Nova Scotia wines, craft beers and ciders.
Petite Rivière Vineyards
Petite Rivière wants to celebrate the release of their new honey wine with you! While being inspired by the bees and their importance to our environment, Petite Rivière created their new honey wine using locally sourced honey. Join them Saturday, July 24th to try their new wine and show your support for the bees!
Sou’Wester Restaurant & Gift Shop
Join the Sou’Wester Restaurant & Gift Shop every Sunday this summer from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. (weather permitting) for musical performances on their patio. On July 25th Brian Zinck will be performing, followed by Ted & Ed Saunders on August 1st, and Danny Banfield on August 8th. Relax on the patio while you listen to live music and enjoy the beautiful view of Peggy’s Cove. Grab something to eat from their locally sourced menu featuring fresh Nova Scotia seafood and local beverages. If you’re a seafood lover, you’ll love the Seafood Tower – their newest menu addition! Liscombe Lodge Resort & Conference Centre
Liscombe Lodge will be offering a Mardi Gras package on August 2nd & 3rd. The package includes a room for two nights, breakfast each morning, a welcome reception on August 2nd, Cajun dinner buffet on August 3rd, and a welcome package upon check in. Lobster-Licious Cape Breton
Lobster-Licious is back for another year in Cape Breton! From July 1 – 31, enjoy non-traditional and delicious classic lobster dishes from various food establishments across Cape Breton Island. For every lobster dish purchased at participating restaurants, have the vendor stamp your passport to enter to win prizes.
Patio Lanterns Festival
The Patio Lanterns Festival is back! This summer and fall our local businesses will be lighting the province up with live music, food and drink specials, summer décor, fun activities and more. Shore Club Lobster Suppers
The Shore Club is celebrating it’s 75th year! To commemorate, they will be hosting a series of concerts every Saturday night during the summer. On July 31st, they’re welcoming Matt Minglewood to the stage. Matt first played at the Shore Club in 1969 and has been playing most summers since. He will be joined by his bandmates and will perform all of their great hits! Tickets are being sold in groups of six or eight. If you’re unavailable Saturday, no need to worry – you can still stop by for the Shore Club’s Lobster Suppers! Their Lobster Suppers are every Wednesday – Sunday from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. and all meals include fresh cultivated mussels, salad and dessert. Make sure to book a reservation on their website to ensure a spot.

Lake City Cider: Lake City Cider is bringing the heat this summer! Their cider ‘Portland Heat’, features local hot peppers, apples and honey. It’s the perfect balance between sweet and heat. You can pick yours up at select NSLC’s, online at lakecitycider.ca or you can stop by Lake City Cider’s taproom.
Tatamagouche Brewing Co.: Find a gold lid in cases of 12 or 24 Dekorum and win a prize from Tatamagouche Brewery. Prizes include a keg party and lots of merchandise, valued at over $300.
