DECEMBER 10: Kitchen Door Virtual Cooking Classes
This holiday season, connect with family and friends from across the country with Kitchen Door’s Virtual Cooking Classes! Participants will work closely with KD’s Resident Chef Andrew to master an awe-inspiring dish or new tips and tricks for an old favourite. They offer “We Shop,” where they will prepare an ingredient kit with everything you need for curbside pick-up or delivery or “You Shop” tickets, where you will receive your ingredient list before class so you can do the shopping. Then join in via Zoom to learn how to put those ingredients to good use!
There is something for everyone, from gnocchi with a brown butter, lemon & sage sauce to a flavourful pad thai. They even have classes for the junior chefs in your life! With Kitchen Door’s new “The Kids Cook Supper Club” class series, you can leave supper to the kids! During these classes, your junior chef will explore new flavours, learn the basics of food preparation, and increase their confidence in technical skills that can be used for years to come. Their goal is to leave them excited to help in the kitchen at home and have fun experimenting with some of their favourite dishes – while making dinner for the whole family!
