L'Acadie Vineyards Vintage Cuvée

DECEMBER 17: L’Acadie Vineyards Vintage Cuvée

David Lawrason, Wine Align judge, 90 points -“It is light bodied, dry and intense with typically taut NS acidity and a mineral and lime finish. The length is excellent.”

Vintage Cuvée is a certified organic, traditional method sparkling wine made from a blend of L’Acadie and Seyval Blanc grown in the Annapolis Valley.

12 months aging sur lie before the first disgorging gives a slight toasty note with citrus and tropical flavours, a crisp and refreshing acidity, and pillows of richness. Dry with enhanced minerality from estate grapes on ancient seabed soil of schist and sandstone gravels.
