Dr. Kombu Brewing Company produces Sòlas Kombucha, made and packaged in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Using traditional kombucha fermentation techniques and local ingredients where available, Sòlas is a truly artisanal local product distributed at mostly local and independent businesses across Nova Scotia. 

Dr Kombu also produces Black Cat Mead, a dry sparkling wine using local ethically sourced honey, and Sòlas Hard, a blend of our flagship kombucha Bliss and Clarity and cider made from Annapolis Valley apples.
