Gourmandises Avenue Chocolaterie
Originally from France, owners Jean-Pierre Gallois and Yseult Bertic have over 25 years of experience as professional chocolatiers. Since opening in 2003, they have been creating fine chocolates and truffles using only high quality French chocolate couverture.
No preservatives or artificial flavours are used, and they incorporate such local Nova Scotian ingredients as ice wine, fortified wine, berries, sea salt, maple syrup, honey, apples, seaweed, and more.
Their specialties include Berry Chocolate Bark, Cremeux des Salins, Acadie Folie, Nova Scotia Ice Wine Truffles, and Croquantine d’Annapolis.
