Creamy Seafood Pasta with Pappardelle Noodles

This delicious Creamy Seafood Pasta with Pappardelle Noodles from White Point Beach Resort is the perfect recipe for an elevated summer dinner.


Serves 2

1 Onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 1/2 tbsp Nova Scotia white wine
1/3 cup Parmigiano cheese
1 1/4 cups Heavy cream
1/2 cup Scallops
1/2 cup Shrimp, deveined
1/2 lb Fresh mussels, with shell
320 g Pappardelle pasta
1/3 cup Parmigiano cheese
Chopped parsley


  1. Cook pasta in a pot of salted, boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion in oil until soft and golden (3-5 minutes), stir often. Add minced garlic with fresh mussels and sauté another two minutes on medium-heat until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and scallop and season with salt and pepper. Cook two minutes per side or until just nearly cooked through.
  4. Add white wine with high heat and stir for a minute. Add heavy cream on medium heat.
  5. Add cooked pasta and sauté around one minute until all the sauce flavour is added to the pasta.
  6. Remove from heat and add Parmigiano cheese and chopped parsley as a garnish.
