Creamy Seafood Pasta with Pappardelle Noodles

This delicious Creamy Seafood Pasta with Pappardelle Noodles from White Point Beach Resort is the perfect recipe for an elevated summer dinner.
Ingredients

| Oil | |
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| 2 | Garlic cloves, minced |
| 2 1/2 tbsp | Nova Scotia white wine |
| 1/3 cup | Parmigiano cheese |
| 1 1/4 cups | Heavy cream |
| 1/2 cup | Scallops |
| 1/2 cup | Shrimp, deveined |
| 1/2 lb | Fresh mussels, with shell |
| 320 g | Pappardelle pasta |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| 1/3 cup | Parmigiano cheese |
| Chopped parsley |
Directions
- Cook pasta in a pot of salted, boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté onion in oil until soft and golden (3-5 minutes), stir often. Add minced garlic with fresh mussels and sauté another two minutes on medium-heat until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallop and season with salt and pepper. Cook two minutes per side or until just nearly cooked through.
- Add white wine with high heat and stir for a minute. Add heavy cream on medium heat.
- Add cooked pasta and sauté around one minute until all the sauce flavour is added to the pasta.
- Remove from heat and add Parmigiano cheese and chopped parsley as a garnish.
