Lane’s Mussel Salad

Lanes Mussel Salad


2 lbs fresh mussels
1/4 cup capers
1/2 diced red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 stalks green onion chopped
1/4 cup L’Acadie Blanc wine
juice & zest of 2 lemons
1 tbsp honey
salt & pepper to taste


  1. Steam mussels and then shell.
  2. Add meat to rest of ingredients and chill for one hour.
  3. Serve using the mussel shells for dipping spoons.
