Taste of the Month: Chowder
Don’t get caught out in the cold this January. Warm up with a hearty bowl of seafood chowder as we celebrate CHOWDER MONTH at Taste of Nova Scotia.
The unofficial comfort food of Nova Scotia, seafood chowder is influenced by the traditions of our diverse cultures and heritage. Every bowl of chowder tells the story of who we are and where we’re from. We take the finest seafood from our waters and pair it with produce from our lush, fertile valleys. Nova Scotia chowders are warm and comforting, just like our people.
Dine Out: Visit Taste of Nova Scotia restaurants across the province and fill up with a bowl of local seafood goodness. There’s a bowl of chowder out there to satisfy whatever your taste buds are craving.
