The Taste of Nova Scotia Experience at Saltscapes 2014
Taste of Nova Scotia is set to hit the Saltscapes Expo April 25, 26 and 27. Visit members throughout the show, or stop by the 2014 Taste of Nova Scotia Culinary Stage for locally-inspired tastings, educational demos and culinary competitions.
Demos will include topics like: Acadian Cuisine and Culture, Which Knives are Best?, Fresh Market Cooking and Is a CSA right for you?. Get the inside scoop on mussels or learn more about pairing your favorite Nova Scotia wines – the culinary stage will be jam packed with excitement all weekend.
One of the highlights of the stage will be this year’s culinary competition – The Cutting Edge Chowder Cook-Off. Our Nova Scotia chowders are warm and comforting, much like the character of our people. Join 10 Taste of Nova Scotia chefs for a three-day competition to determine the best chowder in the province!
