Congratulations to Petite Patrie Chocolate who, for the second year, was awarded bronze for their 72 per cent dark chocolate origin Copan Honduras at the Academy of Chocolate UK! Commendations were also given to their 75 per cent Dak Lak Vietnam, Goat Milk chocolate with hazelnut and 80 per cent dark chocolate Tabasco Region Mexico origin.
