Garrison & Stubborn Goat Beer Garden Oktoberfest – September 25 – October 4
Starting this weekend, Garrison Brewing Company is teaming up with the Stubborn Goat Beer Garden for 10 days of (COVID responsible) traditional German-style fun. The limited-time Oktoberfest menu will feature authentic German dishes as well as a limited edition stein. The Swell Guys Oompah band will be giving afternoon performances on September 26, and October 3.
Pop-up Market at Avondale Sky Winery – September 26 – 27
Join Avondale Sky Winery in supporting local garlic growers on Saturday September 26, and Sunday September 27. This weekend will be the last in their series of Pop-Up Markets and you will not want to miss it! Enjoy live music on Saturday from 1-3 p.m. and pick up garlic from Halfway River Farm, Gore-jus Greenhouses, and Double-M-Farms.
Harvest Dinner with Planters Ridge – October 3
Planters Ridge will be hosting their annual Harvest dinner on Saturday October 3rd, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This highly anticipated event is a prelude to DEVOUR! The Food Film Fest. The event will be following all current restrictions regarding social distancing and it is kindly requested that you book in tables of two, four or six depending on who you feel comfortable sharing a table with.
Devour 9.5 – October 21-25, 2020
Save the date for this year’s Devour! The Food Film Fest! The popular culinary and film event is proving that hybrid is just as mouth-watering as the original with an in-person and digital festival combo. This year marks the 10th installment of the festival, coined Devour! 9.5 to reflect travel restrictions and smaller in-person gatherings. Organizers promise to deliver all of the festival’s baked-in goodness during the five-day event, October 21-25, 2020. Find out more by visiting their website.
