2019 Product of the Year: Pet Nat

2019 TASTE OF NOVA SCOTIA AWARDS
PRODUCT OF THE YEAR AWARD

Innovation and risk taking are a part of their DNA at Benjamin Bridge. In 2016, they harvested grapes for their first ever Petillant Naturel – one of the first in the province, helping to establish Nova Scotia as a region known for this style of winemaking. After two years of producing it in small lots, they took a risk by shaking up how they produce it. The end result? Canada’s first ever wine fermented in a can!
