As part of the 84th Annual Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival join local cideries and breweries for good drinks and live music at the Blossom Brew Night. Wild Caraway at Sugar Moon Farm: May 28
Head to Sugar Moon Farm on Saturday night for a seven course meal prepared by Wild Caraway Restaurant & Cafe. Chef Andrew is known for foraging and using ingredients from his own backyard. Food Noise Festival, June 4-5:
Vendors, exhibits and food- oh my! The first annual food noise festival held on King’s Wharf in Dartmouth is sure to be a hit. With a mission to educate on the importance of local food the Food Noise Festival its sure to be a tasty addition to your weekend. A portion of proceeds from the event will be going to the Dartmouth North Community Food Centre.
Doors Open Halifax, June 4-5:
Doors Open Halifax gives free access to buildings of historical, contemporary or architectural significance, but all that history and architecture is sure to make you hungry. While downtown be sure to add into a stop at one of our Taste of Nova Scotia members along the way.
Garrison Backlot Bash, June 11:
Featuring live music, Garrison craft beer and local cider The Garrison Brewing Company Backlot Bash is seasonal favourite. Food trucks will be on site to fill your hungry bell and special releases add to the fun.
July Events:
Yoga and wine make the perfect combination and at Sainte-Famille Wines Ltd. they certainly understand the appeal. Join them starting July 10th for Vino and Vinyasa on the estate. A one-hour yoga class will be followed by a tour of the winery and tasting session.
