Bulwark Cider/Muwin Estate Wines is an award-winning, owner-operated craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage producer. Now in two locations; Bulwark Cider House in Halifax and our winery in New Ross, where we’ve been producing since 2012.
One of the few cideries in Canada that creates cider from start to finish in-house, local apples are juiced by us and slowly fermented on-site, resulting in a natural cider that’s never made from concentrate. New in 2024-25, we now offer Novasecco sparkling cocktails and 0% prebiotic sodas, sprung from the same hands that bring you Bulwark Cider and Non-Alcoholic Cider.
Our Halifax Taproom and retail store boasts 16 taps of craft cider and local beer, pizza and shareables. See you there!
