Join the Carleton on Wednesday, September 28th when Annapolis Royal’s East Coast Cider and Kentville cidery Maritime Express go head to head for the next Craft Draught Showdown. Enjoy 5 courses prepared by Chef Mathias Probst, each one paired with two 4 oz brews selected by expert brewmasters to complement the dish. You vote for the most successful pairing after each course, with the grand winner declared at the end of the evening.

October 2: Mark your calendars for the fourth annual Beyond Terroir event hosted by Benjamin Bridge, in allyship with Glooscap First Nation. The event will feature three food stations with Mi’kmaq knowledge holders at each, who will speak on various topics around this year’s theme: land first. Guests will be guided through the vineyard where they will experience thoughtful food and drink pairings prepared with ingredients from the vineyard’s garden and local producers.
