2 Doors Down

2 Doors Down is offering a little taste of Austria with their Viennese Pork Schnitzel! Breaded escalope of Nova Scotia pork, garlic butter & herb spaetzle, braised red cabbage with apple and bacon, and roasted mushroom creamed gravy are just some of the ingredients in this great dish.

The Church Brewing Co.

A Vietnamese-inspired Banh Mi is what The Church Brewing Co. is bringing to this year’s festival! The sandwich consists of spiced pork shoulder, pickled julienne vegetables & cilantro aioli on toasted house-made sesame bread, along with your choice of fries, Caesar salad, or soup as a side.

The Flying Apron Cookery

The Flying Apron Cookery’s German Pork Schnitzel is a must-try dish! Ironwood Farm pork, mushroom cream sauce and hand-cut organic potato fries are some of the things that make up this hearty meal.

Maritime Express Cider Co.

Maritime Express Cider is sticking with a classic for this year’s festival, with their Hot Hamburger. This burger consists of hot bison loose meat on fry bread with peas and gravy, a perfect meal for chilly March weather!

Enjoy the flavour’s of South Africa with Winegrunt’s Bobotie! This is a traditional South African dish of spiced minced meat, toasted almonds, sultana raisins, baked with an egg-based topping, also served with yellow rice & peas, and house-made chutney. Sounds delicious right?!

Other Taste of Nova Scotia members who are participating in this year’s event are The Kiwi Cafe, Morris East Pizzeria, and The Orient Chinese Cuisine.
