#ChowderWeek – January 21 to 29

CHOWDER WEEK: We know everyone loves a good chowder and winter is the perfect time to warm up with a bowl of local seafood goodness!

For 8 days this month (January 21 to 29, 2017), we’re doing a special Taste of Nova Scotia Chowder Week. Make a chowder at home using local ingredients (with tips from our chefs) or taste different styles of chowder at restaurants across Nova Scotia. Stay tuned for 8 days of contests and chowder tidbits!

Here’s a few things you can expect during #ChowderWeek:

In Nova Scotia, every bowl of chowder tells the story of who we are and where we’re from. We take the finest seafood from our cold, clean waters and pair it with produce from our lush fertile valleys. Our chowders are warm and comforting…much like the character of our people.

*Please check with individual restaurants to confirm their days and hours of operation.
