Knoydart Cheese House & Farm
Knoydart Cheese House & Farm is operated by Adam, Rena, Angela and Frazer Hunter and is the only certified organic dairy farm East of Quebec. We base our recipes on Double Gloucester and Caerphilly using organic milk from our farm.
The Knoydart Cheddar comes in plain and aged, as well as garlic, chilli, caraway, smoked, chives, and more. Dummaglass, the Farmhouse Cheddar fresh curds, are always available, along with 2L jugs of whole milk.
Cheese is available year-round at the Cheese House or at select Sobeys locations or independent delis in the Maritimes, Pete’s Fine Foods, and the Antigonish, New Glasgow, and Mabou farmers’ market.
