A Place Beyond the Pines

This refreshing cocktail is packed with flavour! Featuring Ironworks Gin, Barrelling Tide Arctic Kiwi Liqueur, and a hint of Nova Scotia honey.


1.5 oz. Ironworks Gin
0.5 oz. Barrelling Tide Arctic Kiwi Liqueur
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz. honey syrup*
1 oz. pasteurized egg white
Garnish Angostura Bitters


Makes: 1 serving

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake until egg white emulsifies.
  3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  4. Fine strain into coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 drops Angostura Bitters on top and swirl.

*Honey syrup

  1. Mix 2 parts Nova Scotia honey with 1 part hot water
  2. Stir constantly to fully incorporate.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
