December 13th: Somebubbly to Love – A Speed Tasting
Obladee, A Wine Bar is hosting “Somebubbly to Love” Speed Tasting. They will introduce five eligible Nova Scotia Sparkling Wines in five minute intervals – blind! With nibbles prepared by chef Josh. All you need to do is listen, taste, and pick your favourite. There’s a prize in it for you too.
December 14th: Gingerbread Workshop
Mrs. MacGregor’s Shortbreads is having a gingerbread workshop for kids ages 8-12. The event will begin at 1:00 p.m. and is $10 for supplies and incidentals. Space is limited, so reserve your spot now. Call to participate at 902-382-1878!
December 14th: Ugly Christmas Sweater Party
Get out your ugliest Christmas sweaters and join Boxing Rock Brewing Company for a night of fun! A prize will be given to the winner with the best one. The event is from 7:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. See their Facebook page for more details.
December 14th: Coldstream Cocktail Open House
Coldstream Clear Distillery invites you to join them for their annual cocktail open house from 12:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.! There will be festive cocktails, prizes, open house specials and more. Visit their Facebook page for more details.
December 15th: A Raging Distillery Christmas Open House
Join Raging Crow Distillery on Sunday from 12:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. for their Christmas open house. Stock up for the Holiday season and sample some of their delicious cocktail recipes. - Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards dinner and sparkling wine reception in the barrel cellar.

Cheese Nights (December 19 & 27): Join Le Caveau Restaurant at Grand Pré Winery for their annual cheese nights. There will be raclette and fondue along with their delicious menu.
Christmas Lunch Buffet (December 22): Join The Flying Apron Inn & Cookery Ltd. for their holiday lunch buffet from 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Reservations are required for this event. Cost is $35. For youth ages 6-10 cost is $12, and free for kids under 5 years. Call to book 902-633-2300.
