April 8: NSCC ‘Fresh Twenty One’ Touch of Class event. Enjoy a night of amazing food, wine, cocktails and beer. Plus, it’s for a great cause- all of the proceeds go towards student scholarships.

April 9: Tapas cooking class at The Hatfield House Culinary Experiences & Restaurant. The menu includes shrimp spring rolls served with a spicy Asian peanut sauce, local raw oysters topped with lemon coriander granite, and smoked salmon canapes. April 18: Phone Box red event at Luckett Vineyards. Luckett Vineyards Phone Box Red Vertical Tasting and Wine Dinner. Head to the iconic Luckett Vineyards for a celebratory tasting of their iconic Phone Box Red from the first 2010 production to the unreleased 2013.

Every weekend until April 18/19: The All You Can Eat Maple Brunch from Acadian Maple Products is a great reason to get out of the house this winter. The menu includes Meadowbrook maple bacon, pancakes, maple baked beans, wild blueberry syrup, and much more!
