Win with Nova Scotia Honey

What’s sweet, soothing and helps keep colds away? The buzz this month is all about honey.

If you’re looking for a little sweet honey inspiration for our contest,  check out our favourite recipes featuring Nova Scotia honey. It’s easy to enter:

1. Buy Nova Scotia honey (we suggest: Cornect Family Farm)
2. Create your favourite recipe at home – use it baking, cooking, as a glaze or add a bit of sweetness to your morning smoothie.
3. Take a photo.
4. Email your photo (and recipe if you’d like to share it) to events@tasteofnovascotia.com before November 30, 2014.
5. Watch our website, facebook and newsletter for the announcement of the winner (after November 30, 2014).
6. OPTION: If you prefer to eat out and order a dish made with honey at one of our Taste of Nova Scotia restaurants, those pictures are eligible for the contest as well.

It’s important that photos and recipes are either original or recreated by those who submit. Only those who have shared original pieces will qualify for the contest.

One of our Nova Scotia honey producers is Cornect Family Farm–  a family business with a vision to provide the highest quality honey and honey products (and they’ve got a lot – from cinnamon honey to lemon honey to chocolate honey!). Each product is of artisanal quality and delivered in a way that is responsible to the environment while supporting other local businesses.
