Blueberry Flax Smoothie

Smoothies are great to have no matter what time of day. This Blueberry Flax Smoothie by Valley Flaxflour features sweet apple cider, flax which benefits digestion, blueberries and kefir. Enjoy the delicious freshness and wonderful health benefits of this smoothie!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Local sweet apple cider
2 Tbsp Frozen Oxford blueberries
1/4 cup Van Dyk’s Wild Blueberry juice
1 Tbsp Valley Kitchen flax powder
1/2 cup Kefir, 2% mf or bioactive yogurt

Directions

Serves: 1

  1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
