A Winter Escape to Planters Ridge Winery
This winter season, Planters Ridge is offering a unique tasting experience that you won’t want to miss! Running every Friday through Sunday, from 1-3 p.m., guests are guided through four Planters Ridge wines, paired with local artisanal cheeses and chocolates. Groups up to 10 guests are welcome, however availability is limited, book now to secure your spot!
Bingo Night at Bulwark Cider House
Cold weather have you cooped up? Wednesday bingo nights at Bulwark are the perfect escape! Comforting local drinks, snacks, and a little friendly competition make for a simple, fun break from the week. Head over to their location on Dresden Row, where games start at 7 p.m., running every Wednesday until mid March.
Cozy Up with Rousseau Chocolatier’s Cocoa
What better way to warm up your day than with a cup of gourmet, handcrafted hot chocolate? Pop into Rousseau Chocolatiers to try their signature House Hot Coco, and any other delectable treats you might find in store to cure those winter blues!
Spain Awaits at Le Caveau Restaurant
The Winter Dinner Series has begun at Le Caveau, located at Domaine de Pré, one of Nova Scotia’s premier wineries. For the next six weeks, join them Thursdays through Sundays, from 5–8 p.m, to explore cozy, authentic Andalusian cuisine!
Making Weekends Sweeter at Sugar Moon Farm
Looking for a unique weekend adventure? Sugar Moon Farm in Tatamagouche is open every Saturday and Sunday all winter long! Visitors can enjoy brunch, maple treats, tours of the sugar camp, or head outdoors for some snowshoeing and hiking. It’s the perfect outing to make the most of the snowy season!
