Petite Patrie Chocolate
Petite Patrie Chocolate is hosting a Fabulous Chocolate Tasting Experience! This event will take place July 22 from 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. The event will give you the opportunity to taste five distinctive chocolates. The Whiskey Teller & Saltbox Brewery
Tatamagouche Brewing Co. and North Brewing Company are going head to head at The Carleton! On July 27, from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m., Chef Mathias Probst will prepare five courses, each one served with two 4 oz brews selected by expert Brewmasters to compliment the dish. You’ll get to vote on which brew was the most successful pairing after each course and the grand winner will be declared at the end of the evening. Get your tickets here.
