Every hour with a glass of Tidal Bay is happy but June 14 is special because you can enjoy your glass at Benjamin Bridge during their weekly Happy Hour! From 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. visit the vineyard for picturesque views and a pour of some of Nova Scotia’s finest wine!

Schoolhouse Brewing

Schoolhouse Brewing is asking you to Pride Prom on June 15! The dress code is 80’s glamour to match the electric throwback tunes from Height Requirement. With indoor and outdoor bars where you can grab a Schoolhouse brew, and multiple exciting performers you can expect an extravagant party!


Sober Island Brewing

Drawing inspiration from folk, roots, soul and blues genres, artist Black Suit Devil is on tour from Toronto and making a stop in Sheet Harbour! On June 15 at 7 p.m. join Sober Island Brewing in welcoming the Rock artist to the stage in their taproom for a night of live music and good drinks.


Tatamagouche Brewing Company

Tatamagouche Brewing is turning 10 and they have some exciting events coming up to celebrate!  On June 15 at 11 a.m. & 1 p.m. they’re offering free brewery tours, but first, from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. visit the Tatamagouche legion for a charity breakfast. Make your way back to the brewery on June 17 to enjoy the last day of birthday deals and a slice of cake!

The Carleton

On June 16, the ninth annual Shine Blue Show is taking place at The Carleton! With original, new, and special guest performers it is worth the trip to the heart of Halifax. From 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. celebrate understanding, acceptance and inclusion with a classic benefit show giving all ticket proceeds to Autism Nova Scotia!


Obladee, A Wine Bar

Partnering with Lieux Communs, on June 18, Obladee is hosting Cinq à Sept! A night with a large portion of each ticket going to the Palestine Children Relief Fund. From 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. enjoy wining and dining on four exquisite pairings with a custom menu knowing proceeds are going to a good cause! Get your tickets online!


June 21 – 23: Another birthday celebration weekend coming up, Meander River Farm & Brewery is turning 10! Enjoy loads of live music, a pop-up market, fireworks and a food truck. You won’t want to miss this birthday party!

June 22: Bulwark Cider is hosting live music twice a month at their Halifax Ciderhouse and on June 22 it will be The Greatest 38 Fathoms band! What better excuse to go try out their newest flavour, Bartlett Pear?

June 22 & 23: Broadway Brunch is returning to The Carleton for their Canada Day show! Celebrating musicals and music by Canadian composers, these shows sell out quick so get your tickets now.

June 22 & 23: The Flying Apron is hosting a delayed Father’s Day brunch! So if you didn’t get a chance on June 16  or just feel like celebrating again, their mouthwatering menu is waiting for you.

June 23: Leo’s Donair is inviting you to their third annual Summerfest! Enjoy the official food of Halifax, or other great options, snacks, and good fun. All proceeds are donated to the IWK!
