The Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition in Truro, presented by Masstown Market, welcomes you to celebrate all things Nova Scotia. Be sure to visit the Taste of Nova Scotia Culinary Stage where we’ll be featuring Chef Robilliard of Fox Harb’r Resort , Jarrett Stuart of Caldera Distilling, Coldstream Clear Distillery, Galloping Cows and more! August 24: Wine Lovers’ Book Launch
Wine lovers unite! The Maritime Museum of the Atlantic hosts authors Moira Peters and Craig Pinhey as they launch their new book “Wine Lovers Guide to Atlantic Canada”. The book highlights the history of Atlantic Canadian wine, explains the distinct growing regions and the challenges of growing and producing wine in Atlantic Canada. August 26: Devour the Vines!
An evening of film, food and wine awaits at Le Caveau – presented by Domaine de Grand Pré Winery and Devour Film Festival. Begin the evening with a session on sparkling wine with winemaker Jurg Stutz, followed by a meal created by chef Jason Lynch and chef Michael Howell. August 27: Dining on the Ocean Floor
The ocean’s roar, the smell of ocean salt, the views!
