After a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the annual Saltscapes Expo is back with outstanding exhibitors, local tastings, interesting demos and more! Join us in the Taste of Nova Scotia culinary area for three days of fun-filled culinary adventures, new local products, tasty delicacies and culinary demonstrations on the Taste stage.
Dates: April 8, 9, and 10 2022
Times: Friday, April 8: 12 to 9 p.m., Saturday, April 9: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, April 10: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: Halifax Exhibition Centre – 200 Prospect Rd, Goodwood

Culinary Stage
Don’t miss the Taste of Nova Scotia Culinary Stage, hosted by the Kilted Chef Alain Bossé, to watch engaging, locally-inspired tastings, educational demos and learn tips and tricks from local food and drink producers. Some of this year’s demos will be hosted by Ironworks Distillery, Bulwark Cider, Delectable Desserts, the Nova Scotia Community College and more. And of course don’t miss demos on Nova Scotia lobster and seafood chowder from the Kilted Chef himself.

Of course, one of the best parts of Saltscapes is sampling all of the delicious local products! Follow the signs for Taste of Nova Scotia to taste samples and purchase product.
