Our 100% organic & FairtradeTM certified coffees are sourced from small farmer cooperatives across four continents. As Cooperative Coffee members, we’ve had direct relationships with our producers for over 20 years that have had a sustainable impact.
Following in Lunenburg’s craft tradition, we small-batch roast, combining traditional techniques with low emission, heat-recycling technology.
We’re inspired by quality, fairness, playfulness and devotion to roasting great coffee. We give back to our community in many ways, including as a Sustainable Ally of Ecology Action Centre, whose environmental efforts we’ve supported since 2007.
