Our organic & Fairtrade™ certified coffees are sourced from small farmer cooperatives across four continents. As Cooperative Coffees members, we’ve had direct relationships with our producers for over 20 years.
Following in Lunenburg’s craft tradition, we carefully small-batch roast combining the best traditional techniques with low emission, heat-recycling technology.
We’re inspired by quality, fairness, playfulness and devotion to roasting great coffee. We give back to our community in many ways, including as a Sustainability Ally of Ecology Action Centre, whose environmental efforts we’ve supported since 2007.
