Happy April! With a new month ahead and the warmer weather approaching, it’s time to start planning new culinary adventures. April also marks Craft Beer Month in Nova Scotia, along with exciting events like Burger Wars – there’s so much to look forward to! Want to learn more about wine and have fun at the same time? Obladee is helping you do just that! Events

Burger Wars 2021

All April long, restaurants across the Annapolis Valley are participating in this year’s Burger Wars! For each specialty burger sold during the month of April, $1 will be donated to Campaign for Kids to help youth in financial need in Kings County.

For each restaurant you visit, you’ll receive a stamp on your Burgers Wars passport. For every five restaurants you visit, you’ll get one ballot towards the grand prize, which is a $400 gift certificate for the Quarterdeck Resort on the South Shore (not valid for June-September). One passport entrant will win a $100 gift certificate to the restaurant that wins the People’s Choice Award.
